Central Committee meeting of CPN (Unified Socialist) being held today

KATHMANDU, Feb 4: A Central Committee of CPN (Unified Socialist) is being held today. Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal will inaugurate the two-day meeting at Balkumari in Lalitpur for the first time after the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly elections.

The political report presented by Chairman Nepal and the organizational report presented by General Secretary Dr Beduram Bhusal will be discussed in the meeting.

In the said report, the Head of Party’s Publicity Department Jagannath Khatiwada said that the role to be played by the party and the future action plan will be discussed in the formulation of strategy in the context of the recently developed political situation and events.

Evaluation of the working style of the government, more effective role of the party in the parliament, public livelihood as well as the decisions made by the various level committees of the party in the organization building will be approved. It is said that the meeting can change the responsibilities of the central leader as per the need. The reorganization of the organization, the role of the party and making the activities effective will be discussed.

The party, which has given instructions to update all its committees, departments and front organizations within the stipulated time frame, has emphasized on organization building.
