CBIL Capital to float Lumbini General Insurance's rights issue

KATHMANDU, Feb 28: Lumbini General Insurance Company Ltd (LGICL) has appointed CBIL Capital Ltd as the issue manager for its rights issue.

Issuing a statement, the insurance company said that it appointed CIBL Capital Ltd to float its 1:1 rights issue.

Noor Prakash Pradhan, CEO of LGICL and Samir Prasad Dahal, CEO of CBIL Capital Ltd signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) for their respective companies on Tuesday, according to the statement.
