KATHMANDU, Dec 6: A cancer patient Narayan Chaudhary of Patharaiya in Kailali has appealed to the people for monetary help in his treatment.
"I have got into debt as I have spent whatever I had for treatment. So I am finding it difficult to afford my treatment any longer," said the 32-year-old, a landless squatter, who is suffering from the disease for the past one year.
Having been taken previously to Lucknow, India for treatment, Chaudhary is now undergoing treatment at Bharatpur-based Cancer Hospital.
"I ended up at the hospital after the treatment could not succeed in India. Now, I am facing financial crunch in my treatment," he said.
Those wishing to provide financial aid to Chaudhary can deposit money into Chaudhary's two separate bank accounts (02300501201226) at Everest Bank and (00602355450015) at Himalayan Bank. RSS
