KATHMANDU, March 31: Police have arrested a man on the charge of theft.
Raj Kumar Pariyar, 24, of Melamchi-9, Sindhupalchowk, currently staying at Shantinagar, Kathmandu, was caught red-handed while stealing goods in the house belonging to Mukunda Nakarmi in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-10 yesterday.
“He sneaked into the room on the second floor of a four-storey building through an open window while there was nobody in the house before being taken under control by the land owner,” police quoted the house owner as saying.
The house owner handed Pariyar over to the police after arrest.
Police said they are investigating the case.
