KATHMANDU, August 5: Buddha Air, a private airline, is scheduled to operate flights on the Bharatpur-Bhairahawa route from August 15.
It will conduct a flight three days a week (Sunday, Wednesday and Friday) at 12:55PM, said manager of the airline, Bharatpur, Bhakta Bahadur Basnet.

The one-way airfare for this route is said to be Rs 4,335 per person. "We are starting a flight between the routes to connect the tourist town," he said.
With the prohibitory orders relaxed, the airline has been resuming flights across the country. The company has already operated nine flights between Bharatpur and Kathmandu since the prohibition was lifted and it is running a flight between Bharatpur and Pokhara a day. (rss)
