"British Parliamentary Debate' to conclude today

KATHMANDU, Aug 4: The British Parliamentary (BP) debate kicked off at Chitwan on Thursday. The event, comprising participants from Tanahu, Chitwan, Nawalparasi, was organized by Scholastic Academic Forum in association with ‘PragyikVidyarthiParisad’ (PVP) involving with local bodies.

The British Parliamentary (BP) informed that the debate format was a new concept for students living outside the valley. Commenting on the structure of the event, member of the organizing committee Prajwal Bikram Bista mentioned that the organizers are looking to take BP debate outside the valley amidst students searching for the opportunities to enhance their allocution skills.

The 3-day event aimed to train locals for adjudication and as well as public speaking and create a new platform for the locals in the coming future.
