SINDHULI, July 20: The BP Koirala Highway has been disrupted due to heavy rainfall for the last two days.

According to Kush Hari Bhandari, assistant sub-inspector at Sindhuli Traffic Police Office, vehicular movement along the highway has come to a halt following the road blockade by landslide debris falling from a rural road connected to the highway at Dumja in Sunkoshi Rural Municipality.
The road section came into operation after it was blocked on Monday morning, and it has been disrupted again. “But attempts to resume the road has been quite difficult due to heavy rainfall,” said Bhandari.
