RASUWA, Nov 20: A bomb disposal team has defused an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted at Laharepauwa in Uttaragaya Rural Municipality on Monday.
A joint squad disposal team from Nepal Army, Armed Police Force, Nepal Police defused the bomb planted near the house of Mohan Acharya, a candidate of Nepali Congress for the House of Representatives, at 7 am this morning.

According to District Police Office, Rasuwa, the IED was planted in the house, in a bid to foil the upcoming elections.
