KAPILVASTU, Dec 3: The bomb has been detonated targeting the vehicle carrying Proportional Representation candidate from Nepal Congress, Manju Khand nearby Chandrauta, Kapilvastu on Saturday night.
Nc leader Khand was injured while the explosion damaged the vehicle partially. The explosion was loud and it occurred at around 9:10 pm.

The bomb exploded when Khand was on the way to Siraha from Dhangadhi after addressing the election program.
Khand reported to Gorusinghe Area Police about the incident. The police have been investigating the incident.
