PANCHTHAR, Jan 5: Birtamode Youth Club of Jhapa has reached to the final of Eighth Falgunanda Gold Cup Football Tournament registering a big margin 6-0 win over host Phidim Sporting Club on Thursday. Bikesh Limbu netted twice for Birtamode while Karna Limbu, Devendra Tamang, Buddha Chemjong and Yogesh Gurung scored one goal each for wining side. 

Bikesh gave early lead to the Birtamode in 3rd minute while Karna made 2-0 in 20th minute. Home team that had included district based players lost the confidence against the Birtamode which was studded with domestic star players after going down by 2-0 in the early part of the match. Devendra Tamang scored Birtamode's third goal seven minutes later.

Phidim which was trailed down 3-0 in the first half conceded fourth goal of the match in first minute of the second half as Bikesh notched his personal second. Buddha Chemjong and Yogesh Gurung scoring in 66th and 68th minute saw Birtamode sealing the 6-0 win over home team. 

On Friday, Karna Singh Sonam Memorial Club of Taplejung and Eleven Arrows Club of Sunsari will vie in the second semifinal of the match.
