KATHMANDU, Dec 8: An unidentified group has shot a teacher to death at Miklajung Rural Municipality-1 in Morang on Tuesday morning.
The group kidnapped the teacher from his house at around 6:15 in the morning, before killing him, confirmed the local administration of Morang.

“The teacher named Rajendra Shrestha, 54, was shot to death in Barkhe jungle,” said Kosh Hari Niraula, chief district officer of Morang. He further added that further investigation into the case is already underway.
Meanwhile, a police source at the Province Police Office said that the teacher was killed by the Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal. “The teacher has been shot in his head,” the officer said.
