KATHMANDU, April 28: The Bhrikutimandap Management Office has invited tenders for preparing the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the master plan for the open market at the Bhrikutimandap.

The office issued a notice on Friday and called for tenders for the DPR of the master plan of the Bhrikutimandap open market and the construction of the parking lot.

According to the notice, the master plan of the open market in Bhrikutimandap has been prepared. The estimated cost of preparing the detailed project report is estimated to be Rs 993,000. The bidder who gets the contract has to prepare the DPR for Bhrikutimandap open market.

The master plan states that there is 31 ropanis of land for the construction of the structure, in which the office plans to build a new one-story truss building. Accordingly, the office has informed that this contract has been invited to prepare the DPR.

Similarly, the office has also called for a contract to construct a parking lot at Bhrikutimandap. For this, the estimated cost is 5.3 million rupees. The contractor who gets the contract has to construct a parking lot within this amount.

Bidders can apply for this within the next 30 days. In the case of the parking lot, the office said that after the contract agreement, the builder should complete the construction work within four months.
