Banke reports one more coronavirus-related death

BANKE, Aug 26: Banke district reported one more coronavirus-related death on Wednesday.

A 37-year-old man from Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City-1 who earlier tested positive for COVID-19 died while undergoing treatment at Nepalgunj Medical College Tuesday midnight.

Chief District Officer of Banke Ram Bahadur Kurungbang confirmed that the man died of coronavirus while undergoing treatment. With this, the number of people dying of COVID-19 in Banke has reached five.
