KATHMANDU, Dec 22: A valley bandh called by Netra Bikram Chand –led CPN (Maoist) has left partial impact in the Kathmandu Valley on Thursday.
The traffic is normal in the valley said the Traffic Division. Security personnel have been deployed in different places in the capital to prevent any untoward incidents.
Police have arrested some cadres while they were trying to block the road in the morning.
CPN (Maoist) had called valley bandh in protest of the price-hike of petroleum products.
