KATHMANDU, May 14: As the election hour for voting comes to an end, the ballot boxes are being collected from the polling stations at the counting centers.
The sealed ballot boxes are being taken to the counting center in the respective metropolises, municipalities and rural municipalities. The collected ballot boxes of Kathmandu Metropolitan City are being carried out to the City Hall for the counting.

Likewise, the ballot boxes of Lalitpur Metropolitan City are being taken to the Jawalakhel-based Staff College for the counting.
According to the Election Commission, as soon as all the boxes are collected, the counting of the votes will start with the consent of all political parties.
