KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Bal Kalyan School of Morang and Durga Secondary School of Rautahat are all set to vie for the title of the girls’ section in the Coca Cola Cup. 


In the first semifinal match played at the ANFA Complex on Monday, Bal Kalyan School of Morang defeated Nepal Rashtriya Higher Secondary School of Kathmandu with the score line of 3-0. Hema Rai scored brace for Bal Kalyan while Rabina Maharjan scored third goal.

Similarly, Durga Secondary School of Rautahat overcame Ideal Higher Secondary School of Kathmandu 1-0 to book its place in the final. Anju Lopchan scored for Durga in the 45th minute which was enough to send her team to the final.


Likewise, in the Boys’ third place play-off, Scholars Home, Rupandehi beat Bhanubhakta Memorial of Morang 4-2 on the 

penalties.
