KATHMANDU, June 19: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, accompanied by a team, had to abort their landing in Panchthar due to adverse weather conditions. The team, which had set out to make an aerial inspection of the flood and landslide affected areas, returned to Biratnagar.
The PM-led team initially flew to Tumlingtar in Sankhuwasabha district via a Nepali Army helicopter to assess the devastation caused by the landslide and flood.
