Corruption case filed against seven people

BANKE, Feb 5: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case at the Special Court against the then chief administrative officer of Mugu's Soru Rural Municipality, Parashuram Upadhyaya, sub-engineer Manoj Dhami, sub-engineer Jagat Bahadur Malla, the then ward chairman Man Prasad Bhatta of ward number 6 and the chairman of consumer committee. According to the authority, a charge-sheet has been filed against them for allegedly committing corruption.
