A growing city should cope with a variety of growing demands. These demands acknowledge industrialization and urbanization, which are two major factors responsible for global unsustainability. As such, the natural environment experiences deforestation, rapid consumption of fossil fuels, leading to the depletion of natural resources, air and water pollution, greenhouse effects, and climate change.

There are many cases of accidents highly influenced by poor visibility resulting in a collision of vehicles with other vehicles, stray animals, early morning joggers, pedestrians crossing the road, and homeless people napping on the side of the road.

The absence of crucial devices like fire hydrants and fire extinguishers, along with  proper relevant training, highlight the weakness of the nation in the  implementation of fire safety protocols. Prem Prasad Acharya opting the suicidal idea of self-immolation and the unsuccessful attempt to extinguish it shows the  inability of a nation to carefully tackle fire hazards. A life would have been  saved.
