The growing trend of youths migrating abroad for foreign employment has led to a scarcity of human resources in Nepal. Contemplating the skill shortage, a group of three young entrepreneurs, Sujeet Regmi, Pukar Acharya, and Kawish Bhakta Shrestha established a digital maintenance company named Sajilo Marmat Sewa (SMS) in 2017. Currently, the company has been providing services in eight different sectors, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical appliances, computer, networking, and aluminum construction.

Explaining the inspiration behind starting the business he said, “I was involved in small business even before Nepal Online Trade. However, at one point, I realized the need to introduce a commercial product that would thrive in the market. So, I first started by introducing products like wall stickers, which were not easily available in the market.”
