KATHMANDU, March 23: After the Pokhara Regional International Airport (PRIA) came into operation; commercial paragliding that had been taking place in the sky of Sarangkot was transferred to Mandre Dhunga, about five kilometers west of Sarangkot. During the tourist season, the paragliding area used to be very busy with one after another flight in the sky of Sarangkot, but the adventure activity has not gained the expected momentum in Mandre Dhunga, according to tourism entrepreneurs.

The police said that there was a problem in identifying the mortal remains as the bodies had been found in mutilated conditions. The police said that not only the identity of the person could not be distinguished but also it has been difficult to recognize which body part belonged to which person.

POKHARA, Jan 16: The bodies of 68 passengers who were on board the plane of Yeti Airlines that crashed on Sunday morning in Pokhara have been found. Only 36 of them have been identified while four passengers are still missing according to the police.
