In a statement on Tuesday, the Austrian federation says it plans to "hold concluding talks with both candidates" before the voting "about the reform and further development of the Champions League and how they see the future support by UEFA of middle and small nations."

Ceferin has become the favorite after attracting public support from France, Germany, Scandinavian and Eastern European nations, while Van Praag has been endorsed by England.
