KATHMANDU, July 9: The meeting of the Legislature-Parliament today passed with a majority the Appropriation Bill, 2073 BS. Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel had tabled the Bill seeking parliament ratify it.
Earlier, different clauses of the bill were endorsed by the meeting.
Similarly, the proposal seeking parliament's consideration of the Finance Bill-2073 BS was endorsed by a majority. The clause-wise discussion on the bill is scheduled to take place from July 13.
Likewise, the proposal for the consideration of Bill to Mobilize Internal Loans was accepted.
Meanwhile, lawmakers Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, Prem Suwal and Janakraj Joshi raised the query that why additional loan was needed despite having deposited capital in the country itself.
Similarly, the proposal for the consideration of the Loan and Guarantee Bill (21st amendment) was unanimously accepted.
The next meeting of the Parliament is scheduled at 11:00 am on July 13. RSS
