KATHMANDU, Oct 19: Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has opened the application for the post of head coach of the Nepali national cricket team.  After the resignation of Dave Whatmore, CAN announced the vacancy on Monday.

Regarding the desired qualifications for the post of head coach, CAN has said that the candidates must have received an ECB or CA level three training or a similar course. Similarly, s/he must have the experience of training ICC member countries, first class teams or associate member nations for at least five years.


Whatmore, who was appointed as the head coach of the Nepali team on 17 December, 2020 resigned on August 27, 2021.
