KHOTANG, Feb 9: Milan Rai, a student leader, who was seriously injured in motorcycle accident, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Trauma Center in the Capital on Thursday afternoon.

Rai had left for Diktel to carry out his duties related to students’ organization on last Tuesday. Seriously injured Rai was undergoing treatment at Trauma Center.

Before he left for Diktel, the district headquarters of Khotang, Rai had written a Facebook status reading … “Past is coming into my memory like a food. You brought me here in Kathmandu and left stranded….”

Helpless Rai, who is a central member of All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU), got injured after his motorcycle collided with a divider in Bhaktapur.

Pillion rider sustained minor injuries.
