After a grueling work schedule over the past few months, Ali Fazal is now enjoying his much-needed break. The actor was in London since September 2019, shooting for his upcoming Hollywood film, Death on the Nile, directed by Kenneth Branagh and co-starring Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot. The international project required him to develop certain physicality and also undergo diction training. Because the schedule was intense, the actors hardly got any days off either. However, Ali is making up for lost time now.

The actor, who is currently in Lucknow to spend time with his family, said, “Every artiste has a unique approach to his/her craft. Mine is simple — be completely invested in a project, and then restore your energy and move on to the next. I am in the phase of restoration now. I want to reinvent how I am seen in my future films and will use this time to work on myself. I am reading a lot these days. Before the hustle bustle starts again, I want to enjoy the me time. I have started writing recently, so I will use the break to write something as well.”
