After agreeing to form a new government, Oli and Dahal greet supporters from balcony

KATHMANDU, Dec 25: After striking a deal to form a new government, Chairman of CPN UML and CPN Maoist Centre greeted their supporters and media persons from the balcony of Oli’s residence at Balkot on Sunday afternoon.

Following negotiations held at Oli's residence at Balkot, leaders of various political parties have reached a consensus to make Maoist Chair Dahal the new prime minister.

Maoist Chair Dahal has the support of UML, Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rastriiya Prajatantra Party, Janata Samajbadi Party, Janamat Party and Nagarik Unmukti Party.

Now, the top leaders of the political parties are heading towards Sheetal Niwas with the signatures of the majority of MPs to make Dahal the new prime minister.
