KATHMANDU, August 10: Balbir Thakur, the administrative officer working at the District Administration Office, Dhanusha, died of a heart attack last night. Chief District Officer (CDO) of Dhanusha, Surendra Paudel stated that Thakur, 45, a resident of Gaushala Municipality of Mahottari, died of a heart attack.

CDO Paudel said that Thakur died on the way while being taken to the hospital by his family members after he had health issues at night. Thakur had been working at the district administration office since November 2021.
