“I have my reservation and my own views on most of the things that Prime Minister Dahal has put forward,” he said. He further said, “At least nothing will be refuted, debated, countered, rebutted or responded to anything. Our culture says that making any remarks against a person in pain is akin to adding insult to injury and only serves to cause more pain.”
