Kathmandu, Dec 13: The Nepali cricket team has set an 83-run target for Sri Lanka in the ongoing ACC U-19 Asia Cup.

Nepal struggled with the bat against Sri Lanka, managing only 82 runs in 28.5 overs at the Sevens Stadium in Dubai today. Sri Lanka’s Sethmika Seneviratne was the star with the ball, claiming five wickets in 9.5 overs, effectively dismantling Nepal’s innings.
The tournament features eight teams divided into two groups. Nepal is in Group B alongside Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan, while Group A consists of India, Pakistan, UAE, and Malaysia. The ACC U-19 Asia Cup began on Friday.
