KATHMANDU, Aug 15: Popular Nepali rock band Abhaya and the Steam Injuns have begun their nationwide ‘ Coca Cola Rock and Roll Night Reloaded with Abhaya and the Steam Injuns’ tour to promote its fourth album ‘Looking for Love’ that was released on August 6 in Kathmandu.
Abhaya & the Steam Injuns kicked off their tour with a performance in the capital city, followed by successful concerts in Pokhara and Damauli. They are geared up to headline five more events in Butwal, Narayanghat, Itahari, Urlabari and Kakarvitta, before performing their final concert in Kathmandu on September 3.
“Coca-Cola’s association with music is not new and we believe in encouraging local talent. Abhaya and the Steam Injuns is one of the most loved Rock bands in Nepal,” said Anand Ratnaparkhi, the country channel and marketing manager of Bottlers Nepal.
