'A' division league: Saraswati wins

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Saraswati Youth Club defeated Brigade Boys Club by 2-1 in today’s match held under the Martyrs Memorial ‘A’ division league football tournament. 

In the match held at the ANFA ground in Satdobato, Binod KC and foreign recruit Francis scored one goal each in the first and second half respectively. Abdul Kareem Hamod scored one goal for BBC. Suman Lama of Saraswati club was declared the man-of-the-match. 

With this win, Saraswati has collected 6 points from four games to stand in the seventh position in the league table. On the other hand, BBC has collected only three points to remain in the 11th position.
