KATHMANDU, Nov 27: CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli has pressed for putting an end to transition before springing into constitution amendment.

Unveiling a book 'Yuwa Awaz: Adhar Ra Karya Bhar' (Youth's Voice: Base and Responsibility) published by youth wing of UML- Youth Association Nepal (YAN) here on Sunday, leader Oli argued that the constitution was a dynamic document and it could be amended anytime, but, ending transition was the first need of the hour.
