KATHMANDU, Aug 8: The Kathmandu Valley has reported 62 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
Of the three districts in the Valley, Kathmandu alone reported 56 cases while three cases each were reported in Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts.
With this, a total of 461 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the Valley this week, including 31 cases on Sunday and 51 on Monday. Similarly, 62 cases each were reported on Tuesday and Wednesday while 87 cases were detected on Thursday, followed by 106 cases on Friday and 62 on Saturday.
