KATHMANDU, Jan 30: Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel is leaving for India on a three-day visit starting from February 7 at the invitation of Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj.
Revenue mobilization off the mark: Finance Minister Poudel

His India visit has two major objectives: to lay the groundwork for Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's India visit and to discuss issues about using the line of credit pledged by India, said Gopal Khanal, who advises Prime Minister Oli on foreign affairs issues.
Officials said Oli is likely to visit the southern neighbor in the third week of February. During his three-day visit, Poudel is scheduled to hold meetings with Indian External Affairs Minister Swaraj on February 7 and with Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley the next day. Khanal said Poudel is also likely to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
