The winners' name will be announced and the prize distribution ceremony will take place the same day (February 27).

Similarly, a program to unveil a life-size statue of the late leader at Pokhara's Bibhuti and Sahid Park has been scheduled for the same day. Distinguished personalities including the Prime Minister will be addressing on the occasion.
