BAITADI, Oct 13: A pregnant woman was killed after falling off a cliff at Dhuligadha area of Darchula on Wednesday. 

The deceased has been identified as Kamala Thagunna, 28, wife of Karan Thagunna of Raichuka locality of Dhuligadha – 7, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Kedar Khanal, of District Police Office (DPO), Darchula. 

The expectant mother fell downhill while she was collecting grass. The police received delayed information related to the incident, but a police team has been sent to the site, DPO said. The incident site lies at a day's walking distance from the district headquarters. RSS
