Motikala Basnet, 70, died on the spot when a bus (Na 2 Kha 3426) bound for Ghorahi from Tulsipur hit her at Khaira Chowk, according to Area Police Office, Narayanpur, Dang.
Similarly, 25 persons were injured - six of whom are in a critical condition -when a bus bound for Liwang, Rolpa from Kathmandu plunged off the road at Sulichaur, Rolpa. The bus was hanging by a tree after falling down 50 meters down the road, the police said.
