KATHMANDU, Oct 7: President Bidya Devi Bhandari is to offer the Dashain tika to the general public on the Day of the Bijaya Dashami on coming October 11.

The entrance no 1 to the Shital Niwas, the official presidential palace, shall remain open that day for the tika, the Office of the President said. 

The Head-of-the-State shall offer the tika to senior dignitaries from 13:00 pm to 14:00 pm while three hours (14:00 pm- 17:00 pm) has been fixed for the general people wishing to receive the tika from the President. RSS
