Police confirm Biplab-led group cadre injured in Anamnagar blast

KATHMANDU, May 26: Police have confirmed that the injured Rabindra KC as a cadre of student wings affiliated with the Biplab-led group. It is reported that KC had just reached at his friend’s rented room at the time explosion, according to SSP Shyam Gyawali of Metropolitan Police Range. Injured KC is receiving treatment at Trauma Center.

It is yet to ascertain the identity of the deceased. Police have assumed the explosion as the preparation for the strike called by the Biplab-led group for Monday. Police have recovered pamphlets from the incident site.
