Laxmi Prasad Das new LIC Nepal CEO

KATHMANDU, Jan 30: Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Ltd has appointed Laxmi Prasad Das as its new CEO. "Before this, he has been fulfilling the responsibility of deputy managing director as well as the acting CEO," the life insurer said issuing a statement on Tuesday.

According to the statement, Das has more than 26 years of experience in life insurance sector. He started his career in the insurance industry by joining LIC India in 1992, the company added in the statement.
