KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Mega Bank has proposed to give 7.85% dividend to its shareholders. Issuing a press statement, the bank has stated that the upcoming AGM of the bank to be held on January 14 will endorse the proposed dividend decided by the board committee.  

The bank will propose 1.00233% bonus shares worth Rs 103.094 million to be distributed out of the profits of FY 74/75. The bank will also propose 6.85% cash dividend worth Rs.704.558. for the shareholders.

The current paid up capital of the bank stands at Rs.10.28 billion.
