KATHMANDU, Oct 12: Two people have been killed in a bus accident in Nuwakot on Friday. The ill-fated bus ( Ba 1 Kha 6356) en route to Trishuli from Samundratar met with the accident at Ganeshsthan-5 of Surya Gadhi Rural Municipality. One man and one woman lost their lives on the spot. However, their identification is yet to be ascertained, according to the local police. It is yet to be confirmed the number of passengers on the bus. The injured passengers have been rushed to the district hospital in Trishuli.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that a bus and a motorcycle have collided In BP highway. The bus (Na 6 Kha 912) heading to Kathmandu from Sindhuli collided with the motorcycle ( Ba 99 Pa 2597) coming from opposite direction at Mulkot of  Sunkoshi Rural Municipality and skidded one kilometer down to the river from the highway.

According to DSP Lok Darshan Thapa, there has been no report of casualties till now and the four injured have been sent for the treatment.
