Lenin Bista files case against MoHA, TIA's immigration dept
Lenin Bista has filed a case against Ministry of Home Affairs and Tribhuwan International Airport's immigration department at the Supreme Court .The National Human Rights Commission had also summoned MoHA Secretary Prem Rai and Director General of Immigration Department, Iswhor Raj Paudel to furnish clarifications on why Bista was denied to fly to Thailand on August 28.
