KATHMANDU, July 17: The Flood Forecasting Section of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) issued a flood alert in settlements around the Mahakali and West Seti River basin on Tuesday as the water level of the river seems to be increasing.
Also the small rivers and rivulets flow could increase starting from areas towards Far Western hilly regions including Bajhang, Bajura, Darchula, Achham, Dailekh, Dadheldhura for which DHM awares locals.
Likewise, for upcoming three days there seems no high risk for any lanslide or flood, according to DHM.
