The two leaders discussed latest political development, widening intra-party rift and the ways to manage the party´s mass meeting scheduled for June 15 in the capital, according to Dahal´s aide Shiva Khakurel.[break]
Khakurel said that discussions were held to take special initiative for party unity by urging the Baidya faction to postpone the cadres´ meet called by the dissident faction on June 15.
On the occasion, the leader held talks on Maoist party´s roles for forging national unity and the ongoing dialogues with other political parties.
