KATHMANDU, June 30: Police have arrested two people with three kilogram of illegal gold from Nagdhunga.

According to SSP Bishwo Raj Pokhrel, Chief of Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Range, the two were heading to Mahendranagar from Kathmandu.

Those arrested include Indian national Dipak Kumar More, 19 (driver) and Manoj BK, 23 of Kanchanpur with the smuggled gold stuffed inside the air filter of their vehicle with number plate UK 02 4684. 

Police have initiated investigation with the two.
