LONDON, Aug 24: Neymar appears to have reignited his relationship with former flame Bruna Marquezine.

The Brazil star rushed to the Maracana stands to hug Bruna after winning Olympic goldagainst Germany on Saturday. And photos have since emerged of the pair browsing in a Rio shopping mall together.

Neymar and Bruna went on a dinner date to a steakhouse after watching their home nation win gold in the men’s volleyball tournament. After leaving the restaurant neither one had any comment on their relationship and Neymar was soon mobbed by adoring fans begging for photos.

Speaking after the Olympic men’s football final, the Barcelona star, 24, hinted he still has strong feelings for actress Bruna, 21. He said: “I gave a hug to a very special person to me.”

Bruna implied her and Neymar’s split back in August 2014 was because she dreamed of settling down and having children.

On Brazilian TV at the time she said: “I will continue working, but I will with my husband and be a mother of twins. My biggest dream is to be a mother.”

Neymar has enjoyed a party lifestyle since the split – which he vowed to continue in a press conference rant – and has been linked with several women.

He was rumoured to be dating Chloe Grace Moretz earlier this year and Selena Gomez shortly after.
