KATHMANDU May 10: Krishna Bahadur Mahara, the speaker of House of Representative, has said that he will draw the attention of the government toward the need to bring necessary revision in existing laws and policies to usher in economic prosperity.

Commenting on a roadmap for economic prosperity presented by the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Mahara said that the roadmap prepared by CNI can help the government to set development agendas.

He also directed deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe, to hold a brief discussion on the roadmap presented by CNI, a statement issued by CNI said.
