POKHARA, Dec 21: The third International Mountain Film Festival has begun at Pokhara City Hall from Thursday.
Pokhara Film Society has organized the three-day festival where 43 national and international vocumentaries would be screened, said Festival coordinator Saroj Sapkota.

Only those films giving positive message have been selected as application of more than 900 films from over 100 countries had registered for their participation in the festival.
Twenty-six Nepali and 17 foreign films would be screened. Films would be screened at Barahi chowk of Lakeside at 6:00 pm today as well as Rammandir chowk on Friday, the second day of the festival.
Nepal Tourism Board and Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City have also supported the festival.
